SOVA provides AI‑guided language tutoring for learners and schools. We design our products privacy‑first.
We collect only what’s needed to operate the service: contact details, scheduling preferences, and tutoring context. Schools may share limited student information to enable placement and instruction.
We use Google Analytics 4 in consent‑mode. By default analytics storage is denied until you opt in via the cookie banner. We do not use ad personalization or Google signals.
By default, we do not set cookies. If you grant analytics consent, GA4 may set cookies used strictly for basic usage metrics.
For schools and districts, we can sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and implement data minimization aligned with your policies.
